The Brief

To produce a custom suite of 2D character illustrations for an augmented reality app accompanying the live theatrical 'Splash Live' show for Marella Cruises (Discovery and Discovery 2), specifically designed to engage a younger demographic of 7 to 11 year olds.

My Role

As the Lead Character Illustrator and Concept Artist, I was responsible for expanding the existing visual assets from the live show, matching the established art style precisely, and delivering cohesive new illustrations optimized for interactive AR integration in partnership with Peel Interactive.

The Outcome

Delivered high-appeal, stylistically consistent character assets that successfully integrated into the onboard digital experience, bringing the live theatre production to life in an immersive mobile format for young cruise guests.
